  • Why choose Be Relaxed Corporate Housing over an extended stay hotel?

    Be Relaxed offers fully furnished one, two, and three-bedroom apartments with no long-term contracts. Our apartments are much larger than hotel rooms, featuring separate living, dining, and bedroom areas, a fully equipped kitchen, full-size washer and dryer, and a variety of amenities. You’ll also have a personal mailbox, a direct phone line with free local calls, and, in most locations, pet-friendly accommodations. Enjoy more space, comfort, and value for your money.

  • Are the apartments fully furnished?

    Yes, all our fully furnished apartments include a full-sized kitchen, appliances, housewares, linens, and electronics. We also offer unfurnished apartments if needed.

  • Which utilities are included?

    Our housing packages typically include local phone service, basic cable, high-speed internet, electricity*, gas*, water*, trash service, and a washer/dryer. (*Utility allowance provided.)

  • Who can benefit from your temporary housing services?

    We serve a variety of clients, including:

  • What size apartments do you have available?

    We offer one, two, and three-bedroom apartments at every location, with some locations also offering studio apartments. All units feature full kitchens, separate living areas, and bedrooms. Floor plans vary by location, with average sizes as follows:

    • One-bedroom: 700–1,100 sq. ft.
    • Two-bedroom: 900–1,300 sq. ft.
    • Three-bedroom: 1,200–1,500 sq. ft.

  • Are pets welcome?

    Yes, most of our properties are pet-friendly. If you’re bringing pets, let us know in advance. Non-refundable pet deposits may apply.

  • What is the minimum stay?

    We require a minimum stay of 30 days.

  • Do you have a notice to vacate policy?

    Yes, a 30-day notice to vacate is required before the end of your agreement. Guests are financially responsible for the full term of their contract.

  • What are my payment options?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, checks, and e-checks. The easiest way to pay is online through our Guest Portal. If prior arrangements are made, we can also directly bill your company.
